Restorations present their own set of challenges from evaluation of existing conditions to methodologies for correction of defects and modifications for the desired use. Henning works with structural engineers and the building owner to determine the best approach for repairs and functional use of the spaces provided. The final "look" is tailored to what the owner desires, whether historic or updated, and the space provided is adapted to the final functional use.
